The location near a roaring stream sets the perfect backdrop for an idyllic stay. the staff is polite, helpful, and the service is top, notch. the breakfast is delicious and provides ample variety. the rooms are sparkling clean with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature, and some offer a spacious balcony. the bathroom is spacious and well, equipped. Next door, there's a bakery and tourist info center, which is very convenient. the Black Forest guest house, style of the hotel adds to its charm.
The staff's English could be better to cater to international guests.

The room we stayed in had a great view of the surrounding forest and mountains. The breakfast was good with a variety of foods to choose from. The hotel was located close to a bakery and tourist information center, which made finding things to do easy.
The service at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff didn't speak English at all, which made communication very difficult.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location near the roaring stream provided a relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness of the rooms was really good, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. transportation was easily accessible, and there was ample parking.
There was nothing I didn't like.
